You will know your order has been successfully submitted when the "Order Confirmation" page appears in your browser. This page will display your Order Number and a summary of your purchase. For your records, we recommend either printing or taking a screenshot of this page. Additionally, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email the same day your order ships, including a tracking link to monitor its status while in transit.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Once your order is approved and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

The shipping confirmation email will include all the details you need to track your shipment. You can also view your order status and tracking information by clicking on the order.

Tracking numbers may not always update correctly, but rest assured your package will still arrive. If it doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us for assistance.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us here and provide the order number you would like to cancel. After your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification of the cancellation.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location, whether domestic, international, or expedited.
